Digital images purchased from Photofone are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed for resale. Copyright in the digital images remain with Photofone under s.11 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Digital images purchased from Photofone are digital content. You acknowledge that you wish to receive the digital images immediately and that you lose your statutory rights to cancel the purchase contract.

Digital images are available to purchase on the day of the event and for a limited time thereafter determined by event. This is to comply with the contract we have with the event organiser and to comply with the requirements of our Privacy Policy.

To enable you to purchase a digital download of our images, you will be linked to third party websites (Pixieset Store and Stripe) over which we have no control. We do not have access to your payment information and do not store or disclose your payment information. Any personal or financial information you provide to a third-party online payment system is subject to that third party’s privacy terms. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to such third-party websites. You assume all privacy, security, and other risks associated with providing any data, including personal information, to third parties. We do not take any responsibility for the content (or information contained within) any linked website.
